Cumbre is a small, curated retreat for founders and senior operators who lead under real load. We bring fifteen people to a real Andean summit for a week of climbing, breathwork and honest leadership work — and we build each cohort deliberately. Anyone can apply. Not everyone joins.

The room is the product. Small enough that everyone is known by name, every conversation goes deep, and nobody hides at the back. We cap it on purpose — and we don't lift the cap.

Curated, not open enrollment

We select each cohort for balance and dynamics, because who is in the room matters as much as what happens in it. That means strong applications get turned down — not for worth, but for fit and composition.
